Hi, I’m Wendy — certified health coach, Chopra life coach, and functional nutrition practitioner. Since 2010, I’ve guided over 900 clients toward natural, lasting weight loss and better health.

The Core Program
The Core Program is designed for individuals who want structure, education, and personalized support at key milestones within a guided, self-directed framework.
Through four strategic coaching sessions, weekly modules, automated guidance, and a clear step-by-step system inside your Practice Better portal, you’ll build momentum, stay on track, and gain confidence while working independently between sessions.
This 3-month program includes the 40-Day Weight Loss Phase, followed by the Stabilizing and Lifestyle Phase, to protect your results and strengthen long-term habits. You’ll receive your full drops and supplement system, a customized supplement protocol, weekly lessons, mindset tools, affirmations, handouts, and progress tracking to support your success every step of the way.
All coaching sessions are conducted virtually through the secure Practice Better Telehealth platform. You can join easily from your computer, phone, or tablet, and video call links will be provided with every scheduled session.
Optional Support Add-Ons
If you’d like additional accountability or guidance at any point, you can choose from several optional support add-ons. These include the Momentum Extension, a structured option for continued fat loss after Week 6, as well as additional coaching sessions or daily texting support for more structure, motivation, and personalized guidance whenever you need it.

Your 3-Month Journey
Phase 1 – Weight Loss (40 Days)
Most clients lose up to 20 lbs in 40 days with the support of natural drops, a guided elimination diet, intermittent fasting, and an anti-inflammatory food plan. Supplements are included to support digestion, energy, and fat metabolism during this reset phase.
Phase 2 – Stabilize & Lifestyle (Weeks 7–12)
Once weight loss is complete, the focus shifts to stabilizing your results. You’ll transition off intermittent fasting, reintroduce foods in a structured way, and maintain an anti-inflammatory approach. Supplements continue to support your body’s needs while you build healthy, sustainable habits that help you keep the weight off for good.
